
Based in Memphis, TN Hatfield & Associates was formed in October of 2002 by Jack Hatfield with the initial concept of a logistics consulting firm. Hatfield's base core was to work with clients in developing cost saving solutions to adhere and streamline manufacturing supply chains. These objectives consisted of freight negotiations, consolidations, and cost saving solutions. Throughout the years Hatfield began post and pre audit activities. These activities initiated the concept to design and build their web based TMS system positioned on the back end of the audit system. These solutions have been customized to meet our client's specifications and uniquely assist them. As Hatfield has evolved throughout the years we have focused on customized shipper solutions, freight audit and payment, international, parcel, LTL, intermodal, full truckload, warehousing, and on site solutions.
Today, we continue to design and update technologies to adhere to the ever changing IT world. We are constantly adding new features and creating paperless processes for the freight audit and payment industry.

Jack Hatfield is founder and President of Hatfield and Associates. Mr. Hatfield has over 35 years in LTL and Truckload experience. He has worked for Yellow Freight and Consolidated Freightways in a variety of capacities such as Terminal Startup, Terminal Management and National Accounts. |

Before coming to Hatfield & Associates he held many positions with Concord EFS / First Data focusing on integrated POS technologies and IT systems.
